Marissa Whalen is a mom of four from Lincoln, Nebraska, that started her perfessional career as a behavioral teacher. She worked in the Lincoln Public School District for five years, but she always had the urge to start her own business. An opportunity arised when Marissa was able to couple her passion for fitness while solving the issue surronding the lack of affordable, quality athletic wear available to women…. founding Little Movements!

Little Movements began in 2018 with the simple mission of bringing women affordable activewear that gives them the confidence to move daily. Little Movement’s apparel is sold through an e-commerce platform and has developed a community of women encouraging and supporting each other in a culture of active positivity! The company is also currently in the process of developing a line of workout wear that further makes being active more comfortable. Their first product available is CORE - the sports bra of your dreams (with sew-in padding)!
