AuditMiner partners with Proven Ventures to accelerate growth
Proven Ventures’ investment supports AuditMiner’s expansion in the employee benefit plan market
AuditMiner, software that streamlines employee benefit plan (EBP) audits, recently partnered with Nebraska investment fund Proven Ventures to accelerate growth amongst CPA firms.
“As a CPA, I saw firsthand just how much time was wasted and money was lost for audit firms that performed employee benefit plans,” shared AuditMiner Cofounder and CEO Kelly Mann. “With AuditMiner, CPAs can save hours of work and make these audits more profitable.”
Mann wasn’t the only auditor that recognized the losses, CPAs across the country are now using AuditMiner to create more efficiencies in their auditing processes. She and Cofounder and CTO Jason Bogner, launched AuditMiner in the spring of 2021 and have had exceptional growth since.
With Proven Ventures partnership and investment, AuditMiner can quickly reach even more CPAs and offer expanded market capabilities. The Proven Ventures general partners and investors will actively help Mann and Bogner attract customers, grow their team and scale the product.
“What Kelly and Jason have created is compelling and it clearly solves a meaningful challenge for their customer,” shared Proven Ventures General Partner Nathan Preheim.
“How AuditMiner intends to scale, with a close eye on profitability and sustainability, is iconic of great Nebraska entrepreneurs,” Preheim went onto say.
AuditMiner joins another Nebraska fintech startup, Logica, in the Proven Ventures investment portfolio.
