Family Reunion, Proven Passport and first-ever Velocity Awards

Recently, Proven Ventures Fund One portfolio companies and limited partners - and their families - gathered for the first-annual Proven in the Park family reunion. The reunion included games for families, customer coloring pages featuring the founders of portfolio companies, a passport tour through the Gene Leahy park and the first-ever Velocity Awards.

The purpose of this special family reunion: celebrate the growth of each portfolio company and show gratitude to the village that has participated in that growth!

Since launching, Proven has grown its family of portfolio companies to 16. These companies are, in general partner Erica Wassinger’s words, “proving there are valuable, scalable and sustainable businesses being built in our home state.”

All portfolio companies were recognized for their recent wins, many of which are a bit sensitive to share, but suffice to say, are impressive!

Two companies - AuditMiner and Piñata - were recognized with the first-ever Velocity Awards. These awards are given to portfolio companies who have quickly and obviously found product-market fit, with revenue, customer numbers, and engagement to show it. Congratulations!
